Meeting of the Consul General with French citizen Samuel Marie of #1handiroadtrip [fr]

Samuel Marie is a 29 year-old French citizen on a world tour with his nurse to raise awareness on the disabled issues. While in Vancouver, Consul General Mr. Sutter received him with his team at the consulate to exchange about his adventure and this important cause.

It was a great pleasure to meet with Samuel.

We talked about the objectives of this admirable human adventure. It was very interesting and Samuel’s experience is impressive. It is indeed utterly important to innovate and show the example in the promotion of a "world that is continuously more accessible".

France is fully engaged in making sure everyone has equal access to leisure, transportation and work.

I would like to wish the very best to Samuel in the rest of his trip which will be the perfect vector to carry this righteous cause, which needs the support of us all."
