COP21: How was consensus reached between the main carbon emitters?
Part of the Policy@UBC series, this event aims at discussing the consensus reached between the main carbon emitters and what it entails now. Mr. Nicolas Chapuis, Ambassador of France to Canada will share his views with a special focus on the France-China relationship.
Mr. Nicolas Chapuis is the Ambassador of France to Canada. Previously Mr. Chapuis had worked in the French Embassies of Singapore, Beijing and the United KIngdom. He was also previously Ambassador of France to Mongolia. He speaks English, Chinese, and Mongol and has translated numerous Chinese texts.
